Latin and Ballroom dance styles open the door to a world of rhythm, grace, and excitement! From the vibrant Cha-Cha-Cha, sensual Rumba, and energetic Salsa, to the elegant Waltz, passionate Tango, and lively Swing – you’ll discover a variety of dances that originated in Europe and Latin America.

In just a few lessons, you’ll build toned muscles, slender legs, and a beautiful posture – all while having a great time!

Salsa and Bachata – Beginner Level

Mondays at 6:30 PM | Starting June 1
Start your dance journey in this fun and welcoming beginner class featuring Salsa and Bachata. Learn the basic steps, timing, partner connection, and foundational patterns that will help you feel comfortable and confident on the dance floor. With easy-to-follow instruction and a supportive atmosphere, you will build rhythm, coordination, and confidence while enjoying the energy and excitement of Latin dancing.

  • Once a week, 6-week session
  • Solo dancers and couples are welcome
  • Cost of 6 weeks: $160 per person | $290 per couple (HST included)

Cha Cha Cha and Tango – Beginner Level

Fridays at 8:30 PM | Starting June 5
Start your dance journey in this fun and welcoming beginner class featuring Cha Cha and Tango. Learn the basic steps, timing, partner connection, and foundational patterns that will help you feel comfortable and confident on the dance floor. With easy-to-follow instruction and a supportive atmosphere, you will build rhythm, coordination, elegance, and confidence while enjoying the dynamic energy of Cha Cha and the passionate style of Tango.

  • Once a week, 5-week session
  • Solo dancers and couples are welcome
  • Cost of 6 weeks: $135 per person | $260 per couple (HST included)

Waltz and Rumba – Beginner Level 2

Saturdays at 12:30 | Starting June 13
Step into the elegance and emotion of ballroom dancing in this dynamic Level 2 class featuring Rumba and Waltz. Explore the smooth, expressive movement of Rumba and the graceful flow of Waltz while refining your technique, musicality, and partner connection. With clear guidance and a welcoming atmosphere, you will build confidence, improve control, and bring greater elegance and expression to your dancing.

International Ballroom Technique – Intermediate and Advanced

Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – ongoing
Join Yuriy Shelkovyy for a focused class on swing, sway, and contra body movement in International Style Ballroom. You’ll work through progressive figures while refining technique, balance, and fluidity.

Each session starts with targeted strength and posture exercises, using props like a chair and resistance band to enhance control, alignment, and body awareness.

Ideal for dancers looking to elevate their movement quality and deepen their technical foundation.

International Latin Technique – Intermediate and Advanced

Wednesdays at 8:00 PM – ongoing
Ready to take your Latin dance skills to the next level? In this class, you’ll learn to add style, precision, and confidence to your dancing. Focused on improving footwork, hip movement, arm styling, spinning, and balance in traveling turns, this class is perfect for dancers who want to master Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso and Jive.

  • Once a week, series of 4 weeks
  • Single dancers and couples welcome
  • Cost per class: $25 per person | $45 per couple (HST included)
