Group Classes
Please note that no discounts or refunds are given for absences from registered group classes. Refunds are not available for no-shows or tardiness. In the rare case that you miss a class, one courtesy make-up class may be offered if available. Make-up classes must be taken within the current session and be at the same or a lower skill level. Administrative fees may apply to any account changes. Both private and group classes are 45 minutes in length.

Rates & Format
-
Private lessons: 1–2 students per instructor.
-
Semi-private: 3–4 students per instructor.
-
Group rates: 5 or more students.
-
All lessons are 45 minutes long.
-
“Private lesson” refers to the student-to-instructor ratio, not a private room.
Payment
We accept cash, e-transfers, and PayPal. Payment for group classes is due on the first day of the program, and must be made before the end of the first class. Payment for private and semi-private lessons is due at the start of each lesson.
Completion of Packages
All purchased lesson packages must be completed within the designated timeframe. Missed classes within a package are not refundable or transferable.
Lateness
Punctuality is expected and arriving early is encouraged to warm up before class. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not join the class, as it disrupts others. Students who miss the first two weeks of a session cannot join the class late.
Class Availability
Group classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If there are fewer than 10 students registered, classes may be canceled without notice. We encourage you to confirm class availability before attending. Missed classes cannot be frozen or carried over to another session.
Instructor Availability
Instructors may occasionally be unavailable due to competition schedules. While we cannot guarantee the same instructor for the entirety of a package, we ensure consistent lesson content. Requests for specific instructors cannot be guaranteed due to private lesson scheduling priorities.
